Serbia Georgia Australia Netherlands Spain (their comeback after 13 years to the contest) Ireland Wales Armenia Hosts Poland Albania Ukraine (though it will be revamped slightly) Russia with still to be revealed, entries from France, Italy, Malta, Kazakhstan, Portugal and North Macedonia here is the official website link http://www.junioreurovision.tv/ https://pix.eurovisionworld.com/pix/...ision-2019.jpg official logo, and slogan is ''Share the Joy'' meet the presenters of the contest  and first time ever we got the winner of the previous year as a host, Roksana or Roxie
