It was a great episode, I assume, like the War Doctor, Ruth is simply another forgotten regeneration. After all, The Master did mention that the Timelords had memories taken from them.
I don't think she's a cyberman but I definitely think it's possible she's The Rani if she isn't a forgotten regeneration. She seemed a bit too brutal to be the Doctor tbh. |
