Serious crimes come with rehabilitation clauses, like if a criminal does not admit that what they did was wrong or actually admit to carrying out the crime they will not be considered for release.
The problem is with terrorists they are devoted to their cause and will say and do anything to get back on the outside to continue their pledge of attacking the free world. |
