He's often on the money when it comes to the basics of psychology, and often wildly off base when he veers into sociology... Understandably, because he is a psychologist. But he tries, and a lot of his sociology is utterly toxic, so that's not exactly great.
He plays into a really sad, cucky mindset far too often and seems to think that the solution to being an underfoot character is "faux dominance", when in reality, faking dominance mechanisms is actually really pathetic

But it plays well with the MRA/PUA crowd.
In this instance, I think he's totally right about the causes of social anxiety and awkwardness (fears and insecurities) but for me he's way off on his solution (which appears to be playing silly games?).
The solution to these problems is introspection and tackling the root of the insecurity. Not "fake it til you make it".
