This is what infuriates me. Lockdown has taken so many lives and every time someone speaks out about how much it’s getting to them they’re immediately shut down with “yeah but people are dying”. You have the right to complain about how much lockdown has had a toll on your mental health and it doesn’t make you heartless towards the people who have died of covid

I have to agree with this as well.

I keep thinking of old people who have been lonely for just over a year and them probably thinking that they will end up lonely for the rest of their life too

Obviously lockdown does help keep rates down, but at the same time, how long can people be separated from society?
