On the plus side, if that’s the case, then developing the muscles around your shoulder should help a lot in the long run. Look into a bit of physio  .
I have a small crack in my left shoulder socket from an injury when I was 15 that makes it slightly too big so it pops out easily and can be prone to pinched nerves. Keeping the shoulder muscles well developed helps LOADS and if I get lazy and neglect it for a bit, I start to really feel it after a couple of weeks.
