It will go like:

/\ Will go about the person above you.
< Will go about yourself.
\/ Will go about the person below you hopefuly.

Example:
/\ There is nothing above me.
< Tired.
\/ Is also Tired.

And then the reply:
Yes I am tired / or No im not tired (you correct them if they are wrong)

/\ Is no one.
< Is the same person as the about post.
\/ Is hopefuly someone else!
