Should the hire of e scooters and electric bikes require a breathalyser test.
Luckily covid has stopped the rabid piss up in city centres culture since the scooter kicked off, so this far it hasnt grabbed the attention of the news, infact I think the only drunken accident clip I've seen has been a scottish fan being run over by an actual scooter..he bounced back up and got back on the piss.
But these scooters, or bikes in the hands of a drunken stag do in the middle of london, bought with a swipe of a card btw..well, it dont bode well for many mothers and fathers.
