I dunno, it might seem weird at first but Primark and Greggs are definitely in the same semantic network. Like... walk into any shopping centre in the UK and you're probably going to find a Greggs close enough to a Primark that you could throw a sausage roll and hit a mannequin. They'll save a tonne on store rental costs by combining into one space.
