I was shopping in Sainsburys recently and the manager along with another colleague was reprimanding one of the staff about the speed of their work and for speaking to customers, this happened on the shop floor in front of customers, it was a really uncomfortable experience.... I was so shocked, I went home and reported him to their head office...the manager, not the employee...
