Top show last night on SkyConmedyHD
John Oliver Last Week Tonight. There was a case of a Black man arrested but he got sodomised in the Police station. Some years back 1997. It is mentioned towards the ending of the show  Dick Wolf The Executive of Law and Order shows would never do an episode like that. He has a strict Policy Cops are doing good.
