Default Cornwall Newquay asylum seeker hotel Protest

Good on

GBnewsHD
Geoff Moody Reporter
Right in the middle of them

[Two protests in Cornwall about a group
of asylum seekers who are being housed
at the Beresford Hotel, in Newquay.
Both will be taking place today
(Saturday, February 25) in the coastal town.

The Home Office placed the group
in the hotel back in November as a
temporary measure.
But an anti-asylum seeker protest
has now been organised.

Politicians from both the Conservative
and Labour parties have condemned
the protest which has been advertised
on social media.
Organisers however say it will be "peaceful".]
