I was watching this video, on how to make the videos you watch on youtube, clearer, i cant be bothered lol to post the video i watched ha! but i though id share it with you lot
 add this to the end of the video.. &fmt=18 so instead of... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m2knZbeas1g you would do.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m2knZbeas1g&fmt=18 x
