They do that if you don't "declare that you don't need a license" on the site, takes two minutes. If you do that, instead of the red letter, they send letters for a while thanking you for reporting that you don't need a license and saying that they "might come to check just to make sure"
. Same thing with nicer wording basically. IIRC got those ever couple of months for about a year, then nothing.
