Water supply should have certainly been fully checked off as safe.
If it was signed off and then was clearly not then some heads need to roll in that case.
That's IF this government is really claiming it was telling the truth as to all things being safe.
That assurance from Henryck was clearly likely FALSE.

There shouldn't be any risks however taken with the water supply anywhere never mind on this monstrous thing.

I'm not going to excuse the government on this one.
It cannot be excused or defended.
Thankfully it was found quickly, that's the only positive.
