Default Should Kazakhstan join the Eurovision Family?

with controversial countries like Belarus, Russia getting expelled

with extreme far right countries like Hungary, Turkiye being out for longer term now already

Should Kazakhstan be invited by the EBU to join us next year? they already have been broadcasting the adult contest since 2018 now, and have been competing in the Junior Eurovision from 2018 to 2022 (only withdrawn now, maybe to focus more on trying harder to appeal to EBU for a adult esc debut )
