If you thought Liberal Democrat MP Lembit Opik wasn’t serious about his Cheeky Girl-friend Gabriela Irimia, then you’re very, very wrong – the pair have announced today that they’re getting married! Forty-three-year-old Lembit popped the question to 25-year-old Gabriela during a romantic break in Rome – and, according to her, “tears of joy poured out of his eyes” when she said yes. Hmm, maybe he’s just a hayfever sufferer…
