So I've tweaked the format a little from when I first promoted this game, and it's now called January/February Jukebox, as it starts mid January.

You can now apply either individually OR in pairs. If you are pairs you will take it in turns to choose songs and decide by pm. You will all be playing as a group/band with suitable names, whether you are a single player or a pair. Ok?

Format :

Ideally there will be a minimum of 12 players, which includes pairs. Maybe 8 individuals and 2 pairs for example. The game will be ongoing, meaning no vote offs till the end, so everyone will get to play the entire game and there will be an accumulated leaderboard. You will be playing under different identities so don't reveal your band/groups name to anyone (except of course your partner if you play as a pair)

There will be 13 rounds. Each round you need to perform a song which was in the charts in January or February from set decades.

So if it's a nineties round for example then your song must have been in the charts in January or February from 1990 to 1999. This gives plenty of choice.

1. 1960s .. 1960 to 1969
2. 1970s part 1 .. 1970 to 1979
3. 1970s part 2 .. 1979 to 1979
4. 1980s part 1 .. 1980 to 1989
5. 1980s part 2 .. 1980 to 1989
6. 1990s part 1 .. 1990 to 1999
7. 1990s part 2 .. 1990 to 1999
8. 2000s part 1 .. 2000 to 2009
9. 2000s part 2 .. 2000 to 2009
10. 2010s .. 2010 to 2019
11. 2020 to 2025
12. Freestyle round .. Any song from 1950 to 2025

The scoring is the ranking format. You will rank all the songs from each round in order of preference. Don't rank your own songs. Just the others.

I'll keep a scoreboard updated in the thread, so you'll know which character(s) is/are winning but not which forum members they are till the game is over and I reveal the winner(s)

In the next post I will give a list of band/group names that you may choose from or you can choose your own. This will have to be done by you pming me your choices. If a name has already been taken I'll delete it from the list of choices. First come first served.
