tied up, assaulted, and robbed a 63-year-old man
in his Norwood Park home before
leaving him for dead.
Police tracked them using surveillance
footage, GPS data, and phone records,
which showed they used the victim’s phone
for fraud and were caught on video
at a vape shop and gas station.
Ubilla-Delgado was arrested three days later,
admitting to being at the scene but claiming
the encounter was consensual,
