This is not appropriate, imo. If they want to raid a college campus, go for it, but it won't play well with the general public. Even if I think college campuses are a place where people go to say silly things without any push back now... too much is made about not offending the students, but as long as it is peaceful, let them make their mark... (though to be fair, it's hard to tell from the comment if he means someone doing something illegal or just "illegal" students... whatever that is)
