What a remarkable achievement by the Scottish youngster Oscar Onley becoming only the 2nd scot to finish top 5 in the tour de France, equalizing Philippa York (then known as Robert Millar) in 1984. This is Onlys 2nd tour de france and at the young age of 22 has a great chance of winnning it in the next few years...
Kelso is very proud of our young hopefull.
