I don't think that Caroline should've got a warning for the Zelah comment personally, and I especially don't believe that she should've received a warning for her joke about Nancy's Pansexuality (BB has no right to tell Housemates what they can and can't joke about in what's meant to be a civilized country) so BB overstepped their boundaries on that one 100%
However I don't feel sorry for her, she clearly should've known that what she was saying was going to upset Zelah.
It's common sense.
