Obviously as your best friend your not going to be very objective about it now are you. I spend half my day in the summer siting around determining how good looking people are and I can tell you that she is not an 8/10 by any standard.
Sorry, but I'm not going to let someone lie to themselves, i think that is more cruel than telling them the truth. She should be happy with who she is, not who she thinks she is.

You're nowhere near a 9.5. I'm not saying you're ugly because you're not, but you're not as good looking as you think you are. As you said to Kate, you are what you are, not what you think you are.
