There's that bully word again, everyone falls back on that saying that Rex bullys Rachel!!! Well Rachel obviously doesn't think so, in fact she likes Rex. If she felt intimidated she would complain to big brother or at least nominate him. As for how they spoke to Mikey, well he speaks to people how he bloody well pleases so why shouldn't they treat him the same. Telling Nicole she's up her own arse(even though I agree) to her face is not very nice so why should they be nice to him. He's made alot of nasty remarks like that to Nicole since she entered.
