Mohamed was disappointed this afternoon when Big Brother confiscated his makeshift draughts board.

The toy demonstrator had fashioned the board from a chocolate box and nail varnish and had made the pieces out of scouring pads.

He spent a while playing draughts with Darnell, but in the middle of their game, Big Brother announced that there was a new rule.

"The new rule clearly states that board games are not permitted," Big Brother informed the group. "Would Mohamed come to the Diary Room, bringing the board game with him."

Rex laughed: "Thank God for that", adding that the game had been taking a long time.

However, Darnell sighed: "What are we going to do then, Big Brother?"

When Mohamed returned, he revealed that his game had been confiscated and that he had been given a laminate with the new rule to place in the welcome pack.

However, there was a bright side. "In exchange for the board game, they're giving us a task," Mo grinned.
