KERRY Katona’s husband was branded “disgusting” by his mum yesterday — after he took her to court over money he gave to her when she was fighting cancer.

Ex-cabbie Mark Croft, 38, is trying to reclaim £3,000 which he let mum Marilyn have when she had to give up work, plus £500 which he paid towards her medical care.


He says the money was a loan, but Marilyn, 57, insists it was a gift.


She slammed Mark and Kerry, 28, after her bankruptcy case was adjourned at Wigan, Lancs.


Marilyn said: “It’s disgusting they’ve put me in a situation like this. They are both involved.”


She thought the cash came from Mark, but said she discovered it was actually Kerry’s when the ex-pop singer was declared bankrupt and demanded it back.
