X Factor favourite Diana Vickers has lost her voice and may have to pull out of tomorrow's live show. Diana, 17, has already missed rehearsals after being struck down with a bad throat infection. A source said there's a "90 per cent" chance she won't recover in time. It will be the first time a contestant has missed a show in its history. The source said: "Diana lost her voice on Tuesday and couldn't sing a note. "She's dosed up on medication and just hopes she'll regain it." Diana, from Blackburn, is the bookies' favourite to win the ITV contest - and a £1million recording contract with Simon Cowell's label Sony BMG.
