How can you possibly know that the people he'd meet would be of similar age? That's just an assumption. And for all you know, the person he met could've been the same or of similar age. You're just assuming once again, because it adds a little more weight to your viewpoint. And who, exactly, is he setting a bad example to?

It's not at all. They all talked about casual encounters with strangers. It doesn't matter what gender, age or sexuality the parties concerned me be, there's just as much risk involved.
