Her boyfriend may be ok with her being around other guys, but not ok if there's a suggestion of something else.

It's all speculation to be fair. We don't know him, and we don't know how their relationship has been up til now, so it's difficult to judge.

That's just my take on it all.. plus the fact that being in the BB house intensifies everything.
