i think if people have uploaded a video they are at an advantage to those who choose to go to an open audition.
1. they have already seen you 2. they can watch your video over and over again. 3. sounds like you only have 1 mins at a open auditon to sell yourself and you do what they say !!! 4. if they do call you back they can get loads out of you over the phone before you go to an open audition so they already know a bit about you. |
