I changed and padded out the karma thing (188 words)

As members of the forum we understand karma is a real love/hate thing. Some people use the function correctly but there are many that don't. The last thing you want is your karma to be changed negatively. It just promotes cliques and popularity. We really want TiBB to become a ‘feel good’ place again as many users have complained lately about it becoming too negative. To enforce some kind of positivity, our next proposal is to change and expand the karma system. So our next policy, if elected, is to introduce a “positive posting” scheme where users can "Like" a post, much like Facebook. So if you feel you are a good poster with fair views, then members can "Like" your post which will add to your karma. Of course you will still be able to minus karma for the odd idiot using the traditional method, but we would like to encourage that instead of giving karma to a person in general, you are giving it to their post, which in our eyes is a lot fairer way of doing things and doesn’t promote forum cliques or rivalry.
