Moderators have a lot of other jobs which you probably don't notice about, and it's honestly hard to distinguish between what is an argument and what is friendly banter. Obviously I delete openly mean comments but tbh if you said to me "Silly bitch!" i'd take it as a joke rather than delete it.
If a person has a problem with arguments etc they can always alert the post and I'll review it
