No, what I mean is, obviously everyone isn't going to be friends with everyone, but in a situation like that, you gravitate towards the people most like yourself (which is probably why Makosi and Kemal were initially very close, Derek and Roberto got on so well, both being a bit older than the others etc). But just because you get on well with certain people in that situation, doesn't mean that you would get on well with them in normal life. They were in a very artificial environment inside the house.
I didn't mean that everyone would be friends with everyone else. Just that if you are stuck with 12 strangers, you might form bonds with people that you wouldn't form bonds with on the outside world, where you are not cut off from your family and friends.
And when I said they were forced together, what I meant was that all of the housemates were forced to live together inside the house. They could get away from each other a bit - by going into different rooms, but I meant that they were forced to live in the same house - so they were forced together.
