Sophie will now be hated by 95% of female viewers

First, we see Freddie rubbing her neck earlier in the morning. Then she is in the shower with Cairon. Then we see Freddie rubbing her neck again. And then at the end we see her dismiss Sree's conversation and start massaging Kris's back.
I'm sure she will now be disliked by almost all of the female viewers now like most other attractive female housemates are, and I wouldn't be too surprised if other (female) housemates pick up on this and nominate her.
She is gone as soon as she is up.
