Charlie smacked Sree in the face?

So Sree has been bleeding and everything earlier today, and now Charlie has just said something about 'going to prison' and Sophie said: "What, for slapping Sree in the face?"

I wonder what we've missed? He must have only been joking otherwise he would have been removed by now....
