What is is about this woman that makes her think she is gods gift... and that everything she says is right? She expects everyone to respect her opinion unyet she is unable to accept anyone elses point of view.THen when she loses control because of her lacck of intelligence she ridicules people with intimidating behaviour.
I think she is supressing many people in there who have not got the backbone to stand up to her..... apart from Marcus who has gone up in my estimation because he recognises that she is ruling the roost with her bullish behaviour.

Cant stand the woman and the sooner people in there get a bit of backbone ....the better...
