Charlie didn't throw the water at her because of what she said about the girls. He did it simply because he wanted to humiliate her and impress Lisa and Kris.

The weight jabs shouldn't of been taken seriously. Of course Noirin does not look 3 months pregnant. She was clearly trying to wind the girl up.

Throwing water over someone is a step way too far. And doing that knowing she is up for eviction and preparing her outfit, it's just cruel.
