There has been a consistant number of people who have been voting to evict Freddie - at least 15% of the vote.
He has been particularly annoying this week (or has just had a worse edit than normal) and hasn't been attacked by Lisa and co. so much. This could increase his %.

On top of that the vote will now be split between Marcus and Charlie. Freddie fans should unite and decide who to evict. I would much rather Marcus go because he is really creepy and I really don't like him whilst I am actually in the minority that likes Charlie AND I'm enjoying the charlie-rodrigo story atm. But for the good of the show, Charlie must go. If Charlie doesn't go, team Lisa win and will monopolise the show.. next week will be Siavash vs. Halfwit and no one wants that
