Actually Ghetto is black terminology, that started in USA in the Ghettos with Blacks, Afro americans and European Americans.
So it's not racist.

Also, I am guessing that name generator generated ... well ... black ghetto names. That was the idea of it. If a name generator made up names like Walter, Harry, Phillip & Richard would I complain that it was racist against whites? No, their just some typical stereotype white names.
