I don\'t get it that....

when 1 housemate talks about nominations they are punished by being put up for eviction but are still allowed to nominate along with the rest of the housemates.

So why is it that this week that when a group of them talked about noms the noms they made were cancelled?
shouldn't their noms still count but go up for eviction??
