I doubt she would go if she was against lisa, and it would be a coin toss if it was her and marcus up.
I just fail to see what possible reason she could have for saying to siavash about having years outside the house if she doesnt actually like him...except to avoid noms, as has been her plan all along.
Flaunt her sexuality to be popular with the guys. Unfortunately for her, her plan seems to be falling apart now...she will get nominated from marcus and maybe freddie, without the guys on her side, she is toast.
