"As far as the current crop of housemates go, Hira has to rank as the quietest. But that doesn’t mean she isn't fully aware of what's going on – especially with it being nomination day. And, having no-one to talk to about her fears, Hira chose the next best person to talk to – herself!

"Please help me – I don't like this. It's so bad," she sighed as she paced around the Kitchen.

"I hate it," she added as she stirred another spoon of sugar into her tea.

"What do I do?" she whimpered, as if the answer would come to her in a blinding flash of light with a bit of smoke and a deep voice.

And maybe it did – in her own head. Because as soon as she opened the door to the Kitchen to rejoin the others she uttered the words: "Don't worry – it'll be alright."
