Marcus summed up many of the BB fans and the show in the highlight show earlier.

IT'S NOT REAL LIFE, IT'S A GAME SHOW. It's for entertainment people, getting people talking. If they served no purpose like Jet says, WE WOULD NOT BE TALKING ABOUT THEM LIKE WE ARE.
