If there's enouigh complaints the votes will be registered null until BB finds a way to rectify the situation. People will get the money back for their votes.
I complained this afternoon early when the lines were open so someone should have got it. If there's enough complaints then it should work... thing is people are complaining for the wrong reasons... such as who is up. It's not about who it's about why.
