The following is just my opinion, but here goes anyway.
Okay, so Marcus played the "rebel" whilst in the house, but 2 things just don't add up: 1) At the VERY beginning, Marcus was a stickler for the rules/tasks, and even got angry at Sree for not being serious during them. Suddenly, about 2-3 weeks into the show, he changed! But people couldn't see this, because most people aren't skilled enough to see these things. The exception is a user here called El Proximo or something, who is pretty accurate in most of what I have seen him post on here. 2) When Marcus came out, he bent over backwards to ingratiate himself with the public, first by trying to shake their hands (a tactic Lisa used on BBBM, to sway the audience, which is why she was given an easy ride by them), and second by arse-licking everyone on DS by calling THEM ''legends''. Even the people who didn't like him, he even said he really respected them or some BS, which is TOTALLY out of the persona he created in the house. Here's some cringeworthy threads: http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/forums/s...=#post35175330 http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/forums/s...=#post35176100 I'm afraid, the ONLY real rebel in BB was Victor. Oh, and Science. But aside from that, real rebels are few and far between on BB. Marcus, in my opinion, is not as genuine as he makes out to be, and is certainly no rebel in it's truest form. So, do you agree or disagree with this observation? |
