After Siavash's actions in the house were Endemol afraid he'd get InjuryLawyers4U after them?
He may have accused them of inflicting emotional damage and vocal chord damage for making him talk during the interview and he may have attempted to fall down the stairs purposefully to get a claim against them.
I guess they realised this after all the lies and double edged comments he made in the house. His craving for money and being a free loader would make him an obvious person to have Injury Lawyers 4 U on speed dial.
