Bob Geldof has turned down a request from the organisers of both Fame Academy and Pop Stars The Rivals for them to get together to do a cover of the Band Aid hit 'Do they know it's Christmas'
CLICK HERE TO READ STORY IN THE SUN I can sort of see his point that it was very last minute, but I think it is a great shame that it didn't happen. It would have been interesting to see both bands and the 10 FA finalists combining like this.
