![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() In an attempt to lose some excess body fat (oh alright; flab, love-handles etc!!) in preparation for this year's holiday to Lanzarote, I'm thinking of taking up "Pilates". I was just wondering if any of you do this form of exercise and if the results are as good as they say!! I'm planning to buy a video which I've seen in the recent Avon catalogue and hope to be able to 'work-out' at least three times a week. I've been doing yoga for a month or two now and enjoy the benefits I get from that. I've never been one for aerobics (seems like too much hard work!!) so thought Pilates sounded more up my street.
