BIG Brother heart-throb Preston sensationally confessed last night: "I lied to Davina - I DO love Chantelle."

And he admitted he is now desperately torn between his longing for the Celebrity Big Brother winner - and girlfriend Camille Aznar, 25.

Eight million viewers saw him come out of the BB house and insist nothing was going on between them.

Baring his soul to the Sunday Mirror, he revealed: "I'm sorry but I told a lie...I love Chantelle."
