The BBC are setting up a trust fund with the profits from the phone call votes on Fame Academy to help people who want to get into performing arts.
Here are a couple of articles: BBCi UTV Can you imagine Endemol or Channel Four doing anything like this with the money they raised from BB. I don't think so some how.
